What defines a Regular Hirer?

Event Type:

A regular hirer is defined as a person or group who wishes to hire a Waverley Council indoor facility for 6 or more bookings in a calendar year.

Regular classes such as meditation, dancing, yoga, or mindfulness that do not change significantly in nature.

Event Occurrence:

Regular systematic bookings that occur either weekly, fortnightly, or monthly (6 or more bookings in a calendar year).

Payment Terms:

Regular hirers pay one bond that carries throughout the year and pay for each of their bookings a term in advance.

Cancellation Terms:

Should the hirer wish to cancel or change their regular booking/s, they may do so by notifying the Venue Hire Team in writing, with 14 days' notice. If less than 14 days' notice is received 50% of the fee will be forfeited.

Marketing:

Regular Hirers oversee marketing of their own events.

If they wish, classes can be advertised on our ‘Community Classes’ page on our website:
https://www.bondipavilion.com.au/whats_on/classes

By assessment, Bondi Pavilion will ‘share’ community classes social media posts where appropriate.
