Mat Pilates
Run by: HOUSE OF SCULPT
Movement gives you the gift of confidence that stems far beyond the mat. Our dynamic style workouts will both energise and challenge you, but most of all – connect you to a community grounded in movement.
Men's Physio Yoga
Run by: Physio Jane
Jane’s classes focus on fitness for strength, neuro-muscular gain and joint stability through range both spinal and limbs. The class is a great addition to facilitate your other sports - ocean or land based or as a stand-alone work-out. The class is about creating balance and stability in the whole body, making you stronger and more aware of how to manage any injuries or limitations – and it’s fun!
Sound Meditations
Run by: Sally Phillips Paridis
Sally is a sound bath meditation guide. She conducts sound bowl guided meditation sessions to enable quiet listening and personal process work. She uses both crystal, Tibetan brass bowls and a variety of overtone emitting instruments to encourage an accessible connection with sound. Her sessions encourage opening the senses, inner journeys, connection with the seven major chakras energy fields, finding energy blockages and the opportunity for deep relaxation and balance.
