Mat Pilates

Movement gives you the gift of confidence that stems far beyond the mat. Our dynamic style workouts will both energise and challenge you, but most of all – connect you to a community grounded in movement.
Men's Physio Yoga
Run by: Physio Jane
Jane’s classes focus on fitness for strength, neuro-muscular gain and joint stability through range both spinal and limbs. The class is a great addition to facilitate your other sports - ocean or land based or as a stand-alone work-out. The class is about creating balance and stability in the whole body, making you stronger and more aware of how to manage any injuries or limitations – and it’s fun!
Vinyasa Yoga
Run by: The Bondi Yoga Collective
We are a group of passionate and highly trained local yoga teachers offering strong, dynamic vinyasa flow yoga. Our 60 minute classes are designed to energise and challenge your whole body. Escape the busyness of your daily life and roll out your mat. We can't wait to welcome you into our community and practice with you.
