The widely acclaimed Erth's Dinosaur Zoo invites children to experience ancient animals up close.
You’ll meet awesome prehistoric creatures, from cute baby dinos to some of the largest carnivores and herbivores that have ever walked the planet!
Erth’s dinosaurs are unmistakably ‘alive’ – connecting young audiences to the real science of paleontology during this fun and interactive performance.
Children can watch wide-eyed from a safe distance or dare to get right up close to these prehistoric creatures as they learn how to feed and interact with Erth’s dinosaurs.
This extraordinarily imaginative show delights audiences from 5 years and up.
“Erth’s Dinosaur Zoo delivers solid science as well as an extraordinary spectacle.”
New York Times (USA)
“This is very clever, beautifully constructed and hugely entertaining children’s entertainment from an outfit that implicitly respects its audience and doesn’t talk down to them.”
The Daily Telegraph (Australia)
“Parents and grandparents seemed just as awestruck as the kids at the technical brilliance…”
The Manchester Evening News (UK)
“A delightful and educational date with the dinos”
The Chicago Tribune (USA)
Children under the age of 15 will require a parent or guardian to book a ticket to accompany them throughout the performance.
Produced by Erth Visual & Physical Inc.
About Erth
Erth is a company fuelled by beautiful accidents; a team of creators, makers and performers pushing the limits of design, content and experience.
For over thirty years Erth’s puppetry-based theatrical productions and innovative community projects have challenged and inspired audiences around the world, driven by a special interest in natural history, First Nations stories, sociology and urban mythology.
Today the company is recognised internationally as an innovator of physical and visual theatre, and a creator of brave, unbridled work for children.
In addition to touring the world with their long-running shows Erth’s Dinosaur Zoo and Erth’s Prehistoric Aquarium, the company’s ongoing push to explore boundaries and devise new work has seen the commissioning of The Liminal Hour and Winter Camp at Barangaroo for Vivid Sydney 2018 and 2019. Erth have also explored the realm of virtual reality, and the development of ARC – an expansive, collaborative, multi-year, cross-platform work which explores preciousness and conservation.
