Worried about getting a flat tyre and not knowing how to change it? Or need to tool up on simple repairs and maintenance tips?
During this 3-hour workshop you will learn the skills you need to keep you safe when cruising around Waverley or commuting to work or school.
Things covered include:
Doing a bike safety check
Keeping your bike clean and lubricated
Building your toolkit to care for your bike
Easy ways to take your wheels and tyres on and off
Fixing a flat tyre
Checking the condition of your breaks and when to replace them
This workshop is suited for people who have never picked up a tool or haven’t used one in a while. Tools will be provided, remember to bring your bike!
Children 10 years+ are welcome and must accompanied by an adult at all times.
