The act of forgiving is not a simple one…

Combining personal stories and advice mixed with solid, expert-based research, anecdotal evidence and case studies, The Art of Forgiveness is a compassionate guide underpinned by sensible philosophies to help you live a calmer, happier life. A trusted companion through an imperfect process.

Join Rachael and her special guests, leadership expert May Samali and the multi-discipline yoga educator Sarah Routhier, as they explore what it means to forgive and to find peace.

This event will commence with a short audience breathing exercise and finish with a sound healing experience led by Sarah Routhier.
